Celebrate Singapore’s multiculturalism and racial harmony this July at Let’s Embrace – Celebrating Harmony, by the National Heritage Board! Learn about the cultures and heritage of our different communities at Our Tampines Hub through a guided heritage trail, immersive storytelling sessions, cultural cooking workshops, a travelling exhibition, and a community mural painting event. Get to know us and gain behind-the-scenes insights from the staff of the Indian Heritage Centre, Malay Heritage Centre, Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall, and Eurasian Association.

Get ready for a specially curated Racial Harmony Day cultural concert at Our Tampines Hub, hosted by Mediacorp radio DJs Kather from Oli and Catherine Robert from Class 95! Immerse yourself in a vibrant showcase of diverse cultural traditions and experience live performances by local artistes Taufik Batisah, Suthasini, and Mediacorp artistes Elvin Ng and Daryl Ann. Admission is free for all visitors to this one-hour event.

Join us for a weekend of connection and celebration through storytelling! Embrace diversity through stories that reflect the beauty and complexity of our multicultural society and foster understanding and appreciation of our unique heritage this Racial Harmony Day. Supported by the Speak Good English Movement / Speak Mandarin Campaign / Malay Language Council Singapore / Tamil Language Council Singapore, this session is suitable for children aged 4 - 8 years old.
